My partner and I worked with Jameson over the course of many months to finally secure our home in Toronto.  Moving from Vancouver to a new province was daunting.  He was courteous, timely, accommodating and most importantly very effective in his work.  He worked tirelessly to keep properties of interest in front of us.  When we finally settled on our home in The Summerhill neighbourhood he was involved every step of the way without being overbearing in the least.

Not only did he help us find the right place for us he was there supporting us on the various walk trough’s, understanding Ontario Rules, etc. After he had completed his part of the sale...honestly just about any question we had he was willing to find the answer including helping us secure a very tight window for our move in!

We have bought and sold numerous homes over many years and we can honestly say Jameson is the best.  

When it came time to renew our mortgage our payments almost tripled, it was very apparent we had to sell.  This is the 6th experience of dealing with a property transaction and Jameson was by far the best realtor representing our needs.  He sold our home (at a profit) and educated us on a similar, lesser known area where we could buy and not sacrifice space.   He actually altered our view of real estate agents.  He worked within a very limited set of needs (it was a tough task) but was always super easy and positive. He worked hard at making sure he had a good understanding of what we required and his whole team from his financing professionals to his assistant were all friendly, professional and very personable.

When our son was buying his first condo (with some help from Mom and Dad) we felt like we were his only clients.  His attentiveness and desire to fulfill our needs was beyond impressive (often explaining things twice, once to our sone and once to us!) and made the entire process, which could have been stressful and tiring, comfortable and enjoyable. I am a long time business owner and I know a high level of customer service and knowledge when I see it, combined with his charismatic personality he was a joy to work with.  Our son of course wanted the best of everything, shiny and new but Jameson impressed upon us (and our son) the difference between a new build, a new move in ready condo and an older established building.  We ended up in an older building with almost twice the square footage we thought we could afford.  Jameson is a lovely young man and I understand is still in touch with our son periodically as he is with us.  Kudos Jameson.

Jameson introduced me to a unique condo pre-sale opportunity 3 ½ years ago.  It has since turned out to be a wonderful investment and my primary residence.  Jameson was extremely diligent and negotiated the best deal, which included a prime parking spot and a manageable deposit structure.  He was attentive to my every request and even attended the homeowner deficiency inspection.  His assistant is beyond attentive and his whole team is amazing. 

Through my interactions with Jameson, I found him to be an outstanding realtor who works tirelessly for his clients to provide them with advice and guidance. I purchased my first home with Jameson, and he utilized his talents in finding me the right home within my budget, negotiating a great deal on my behalf, and responding quickly to my questions and requests no matter how big or small. Jameson was always focused on finding me the right home and looked at things from my perspective, which I found extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him because he is dedicated to his work, and always puts his clients' interests first! 

Before I started working with Jameson, I was with another realtor who misled me to try and make a quick sale. Working with Jameson was a night and day difference. His honesty and integrity was evident right from the start. Even with several clients, he had seemingly endless amounts of time to help find the right home 9I often wondered does he sleep?) He answers emails and fulfills requests promptly – often within minutes. He also put together an offer for me while he was on vacation out of province. That kind of commitment to me certainly put Jameson in a class all by himself.
